GUARANTEE
We offer a flexible 7 day guarantee on nail fixes that constitutes gel/polish chipping, breakage if the original set of nail enhancements done at our salon were too thin, or any issue that might be related to the application during the appointment/service. This DOES NOT cover nail fixes due to breakage from excessive force (I.E nails cracked and bleeding due to blunt force), inherent disfiguring of the nail enhancement (I.E biting, filing your own nails at home). If you cannot come in within the 7 days to get your nails fixed, please contact us as soon as you notice any issues so that we can accommodate your next visit. Any issues that are brought up past the 7 day period, will be subjected to charge. Please reach out to us for any issues with your services as we are always willing to help.
LATE POLICY
If you think you may be late for your appointment, please call us at 972-625-7979 and let us know so we could best accommodate you. If 5 mins pass your appointment time and we are not able to reach you by the phone number you provided, your appointment time will be reopened and/or give away.
If you show up late to your appointment, your service may be altered to fit the remaining time or cancelled if the remaining time is not sufficient for any services. If this happens, you will still be responsible for the full amount of the services booked, plus 20% gratuity.

GROUP APPOINTMENT OF 4+ GUESTS
To ensure a smooth booking process and the best experience for your group, please have the following details ready before calling to book an appointment:

A list of all guests receiving services.

The specific services each person wants. For example:

Pedicure - Regular polish or gel?​

Nail services - Do they need nail extensions or just on their natural nails? Do they want any nail design or just a solid color?

The more details you provide, the better we can accommodate your group and assign the right technicians for your services.

For groups of 4 or more, we require a deposit to secure your appointment. The deposit can be paid through Venmo, Cashapp, Zelle, or Cash at booking:

4 Guests ($100 Deposit)

6 Guests ($150 Deposit)

8 Guests ($200 Deposit)

10+ Guests ($300+ Deposit)

Deposit is refundable or transferable IF:
Appointment is canceled/rescheduled BEFORE 24 hours of the appointment time.

Deposit is transferable to your next appointment IF:

If the full deposit is not fully used at the time of the appointment, it will be saved to the client’s profile to be used for future services.

You can use the deposit to pay for other members of your party during that appointment.

In case of an emergency and the reservation needs to be canceled/rescheduled after the 24 hour period before the reservation time, please provide legal and acceptable documentation in order for the deposit to be transferred to your next reservation.

Acceptable Proof: Doctors Note WITH proper letter head, doctor’s signature, your name & congruent date of when the appointment was missed. For car accidents, please provide a police report note WITH your name & congruent date of when the appointment was missed.

Deposit is NON refundable and NON transferrable when:

The appointment was rescheduled after the 24 hour period or the appointment was missed.

50% of the party is late to their appointment by more than 15 minutes of their scheduled appointment time. (Please call us if you’re running late so we may try to accommodate your party accordingly)

50% of the party does not make it to their reservation on the time & day of the appointment. (Please call us 24 hours before your reservation time if there are any members of your party who will not make it to the reservation)
